Reasoning from the fact that the results of the following presidential elections will be crucial for further development of Ukraine and guarantees of social welfare to every person;
realizing the urgency of guaranteeing Ukrainian people the free exercise of the right of suffrage and existing threat of falsifying election results through handling of public opinion and using administrational resources;
foreseeing the present corrupted government will do the utmost in order to preserve its position and hold economic, political and social instruments;
envisaging the justifiable threat of our country’s conversion into mafia-criminal state;
understanding our responsibility for guaranteeing lawfulness during electoral campaign,
We agreed on the following:
1) to combine our efforts to organize joint control over the electoral process;
2) to provide the coordination of actions in case of finding the violation of the Law of Ukraine «On Elections of Ukrainian President» and possible provocations during this campaign;
3) to ensure coordinated activity of the election committees members and official observers, commissioned by us;
4) to exercise coordinated control over the course of voting in constituencies and share the information about the results of the parallel votes counting;
5) to coordinate efforts regarding control over the voting process abroad;
6) to charge the electoral headquarters of the candidates with the coordination and organization of this work.
We combine our efforts in order to provide honest and democratic elections and we are convinced that all Ukrainian people share our opinion and will assist us with it!
